Step 1: Cook the Beef

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the mixture thickens.

  • Wrap  tortillas in foil and warm in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 5–10 mins,
    OR warm individually in a skillet or microwave.

Step 3: Prep Your Toppings

  • Dice tomatoes, shred lettuce, grate cheese, and prep any extras.

  • Place toppings in small bowls for a DIY wrap station.

Step 4: Assemble & Serve

  1. Lay a tortilla flat.
