Ingredients:
- 2 kilos of grapes (you can use one or several varieties)
- 4 tablespoons sugar (80 grams)
- Room temperature water
Preparation:
- Selection of grapes:
- You can use a single grape variety or combine several for a more diverse touch. Wash the grapes and remove them from the bunch. This recipe is also applicable to other fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, cherries, apricots, or plums.
- Make sure the jars you’ll be using are clean and dry. You can use 600 ml bottles.
- Bottle Filling:
- Place the grapes in the jars. You can layer with different varieties for an attractive visual touch. Shake the jars lightly to create space between the grapes.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sugar (20 grams) per jar. You can adjust the amount of sugar according to your preference, or even omit it if you prefer sugar-free.
