Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Chicken:

Slice chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in lemon zest and juice. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.

3. Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.

Toss in the cooked pasta until well coated.

4. Assemble the Dish:

Serve the creamy Parmesan pasta on plates. Top with lemon garlic butter chicken.

Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
