- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
(rotisserie, grilled, or canned)
⅓ cup mayonnaise (or light mayo for a lighter version)
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (adds creaminess + protein)
½ cup celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh dill (or ½ tsp dried)
1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for depth)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional add-ins:
2 tbsp chopped pickles or relish
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ avocado, mashed (for creaminess + healthy fats)

- Combine ingredients
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, mayo, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Add crunch & flavor
- Stir in celery, red onion, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
