1. Rotating Pesto and Salmon Tree
Ingredients:
- Slices of sliced bread (4-6 pieces)
- Pesto to taste
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 1 slice of cheese (for the star)
Preparation:
- Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin so that they are thin and manageable.
- Brush each slice with pesto and add a layer of smoked salmon.
- Roll the slices carefully and wrap them in cling film. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut each roll into 4 equal pieces. Place them on a plate forming a Christmas tree.
- Cut out a star with the slice of cheese and place it on top of the tree. Ready to serve!
