🥞 Light pancakes with baked peaches

Soft, fluffy, and with tender peach slices in every bite – ideal for a relaxed breakfast or a sweet dessert.

Ingredients (makes about 8 pieces):
• 200g all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 pinch of salt
• 250ml buttermilk
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for frying)
• 2-3 peaches (fresh or canned), thinly sliced
